Wagering Rules

General Provisions

The provisions contained in these ''Wagering Rules'' are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of any person seeking to rely on these Wagering Rules to ensure that they are making reference to the most recent version of our Wagering Rules by visiting the WeBet Website.
Where they appear in these Wagering Rules, the following terms and expressions have the meaning attributed to them in this Clause:
1. "Customer" means a registered holder of an WeBet Customer Account.
2. "Customer Credentials" means your WeBet Username and access password.
3. "WeBet Rules" means any rules from time to time propagated by WeBet in respect of the WeBet Website and its use, and include:
  1. The WeBet General Terms & Conditions; and
  2. These WeBet Wagering Rules.
4. "WeBet Website" means our wagering website located at www.webetnet.com.
Any references to "you" or "your" in these General Terms & Conditions is a reference to an WeBet Customer.
Any references to "we", "us" or "our" in these General Terms & Conditions is a reference to WeBet.
By opening an WeBet Customer Account, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out hereunder and the WeBet General Terms & Conditions.
These 'Wagering Rules' shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Laws of the State of New South Wales and, in the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Rules, WeBet and the Customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
You agree that it is your responsibility to pay any tax or duty imposed on you by any competent authority in connection with your wagering activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBet excludes all warranties (express or implied) relating to its wagering business and shall not have any liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by any Customer.
Without prejudice to any other Rule, the maximum aggregated liability of WeBet in respect of any liability arising under or in connection with these rules, howsoever arising (including by way of contract and/or under an indemnity in tort including negligence or any other theory of law) shall be limited to the total amount of the wager giving rise to the dispute.

Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to void any or all wagers and/or close the Customer Account of any individual or group attempting to defraud WeBet by any means including, without limitation, through the manipulation of the 'Official Prices' or the totalisator pools and associated dividends in any jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to, at any time, refuse any bet (or part of any bet) at our sole and absolute discretion, and without advance notification, subject to the Australian Rules of Racing and the Rules of Racing of Racing New South Wales. Circumstances in which we may refuse a Customer's bet include but are not limited to where the Customer is, or where we reasonably believe the Customer is:
1. Less than eighteen (18) years of age;
2. Placing the bet on behalf of a person who is or may be less than eighteen (18) years of age;
3. Placing the bet on behalf of a person other than the holder of the Customer Account in which the bet is placed;
4. Using a proxy server, ''robot'' or any other automated process or application to place the bet;
5. In breach of these Rules;
6. In breach of any applicable law;
7. Attempting to take a dividend that has changed since the bet was submitted; and
8. Attempting to place a wager on an event that has closed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bet where that bet was placed at a dividend which is objectively in error including, without limitation, where there is a misplaced decimal point or a match posted with the wrong favourite. In the event that we do elect to cancel such a bet or bets, we will use our best endeavours to notify affected Customers of the cancellation of their bets by email and/or telephone prior to the commencement of the event, however, any failure to do so will not prejudice our right to cancel the bet.
We reserve the right to restrict a Customer from accessing or withdrawing deposited or accrued funds, and to withhold winnings in respect of successful wagers, where we reasonably suspect that the Customer account has been unlawfully funded including via the misuse or fraudulent use of a credit card. In such circumstances, WeBet further reserves the right to report the suspicious banking activity, and the details of the perpetrator, to any relevant authority, and to thereafter temporarily suspend or permanently close the relevant Customer Account/s.

General Wagering Management

Placement & Acceptance of Wagers
1. All wagers placed with WeBet are taken to be placed and accepted in the State of New South Wales notwithstanding the location of the Customer at the time of submitting a bet request.
2. Event dates and start times as published by WeBet are indicative only. Except in the case of 'in-play wagering', wagers will only be accepted on an event until the earlier of:
  1. The advertised start time of the event;
  2. The actual start time of the event; and
  3. Any other time for the closure of betting as specified by WeBet.
3. WeBet reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been submitted in bad faith after the commencement of the relevant event.
Internet Betting
1. Where a Customer has submitted a bet request via the Internet on any of our online wagering channels, said bet is taken to be accepted upon receipt of the confirmation (and accompanying 'Ticket Number') by the Customer.
Modification and/or Cancellation of Bets
1. Customers are responsible for all activity in their WeBet Customer Account and for the security of their WeBet Customer Account access credentials.
2. Any wagers submitted via the Internet using an WeBet Customer Account will be deemed to have been validly submitted by the relevant Customer and, once accepted, may not be modified, cancelled or voided except at the sole and absolute discretion of WeBet Management.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, WeBet Management will not agree to the modification, cancellation or voiding of a standing wager after the commencement of any event to which the relevant wager relates.
'In-Play' Betting
1. 'In-Play Betting' (a.k.a. Live Betting) refers to a continuous form of betting whereby Customers are able to place bets after the commencement of an event.
2. In compliance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and other prevailing legislation, we do not accept or allow the submission of in-play wagers via any online wagering channel. All in-play wagers must be placed via the telephone.
3. We do not warrant that we will offer In-Play Betting on every event, or at all.
4. In order to request and/or place an 'in-play' wager, Customers must contact us via telephone to obtain a quote on any available In-Play Betting options.
5. All wagers made 'in-play' shall be subject to the same rules applicable to pre-match wagering on the relevant event.

Promotions

GENERAL
1. In addition to our Wagering Rules and Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to promotions, offers and proprietary betting products (collectively, Promotional Offers) which we may, in our absolute discretion, offer or provide to you from time to time (including as specifically set out in clause E of these Promotional Terms and Conditions (Specific Promotional Offers)) and in respect of which you must meet the relevant eligibility requirements in order to accept such Promotional Offers (including as specifically set out in clause E, as applicable).
2. You agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions and any additional or replacement terms and conditions not set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions (including eligibility requirements) by participating in any Promotional Offer or accepting any benefit from a Promotional Offer. Customers should read such additional or replacement terms and conditions carefully. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and any specific terms relating to a Specific Promotional Offer or any other Promotional Offer from time to time, the specific terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
3. Any reference to a time is Australian Eastern Daylight Time or AEDT.
4. All Promotional Offers are in Australian dollars unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. All Promotional Offers, whether the offer be via chat, email or text, will expire after 24 hours - unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Any Promotional Offer conducted by Facebook, Twitter or other social media platform is not sponsored or endorsed by that social media platform.
7. WeBet reserves the right to:
  1. cancel or suspend any Promotional Offers at any time, including any previously accrued bonuses or other benefits; and
  2. make Promotional Offers unavailable to any customer at any time and without providing any reasons or notice.
8. Each clause in these Promotional Terms and Conditions is severable from this document. If a clause is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
9. Capitalised terms used in these Promotional Terms and Conditions have the same meaning given to those terms in the Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY AND FAIR PLAY REQUIREMENTS
1. A Promotional Offer is not available to residents of any jurisdiction which are excluded under the specific terms of that promotion (Excluded Residents).
2. A Promotional Offer is only available to a customer who:
  1. is over 18 years of age;
  2. has a Betting Account;
  3. complies with the Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms and Conditions; and
  4. is a resident of Australia, New Zealand or another country which is not on the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions, but is not an Excluded Resident (Eligible Customer).
3. Promotional Offers are intended for recreational customers only, who are bona-fide customers who are acting sincerely and in good faith, without fraud and who place a bet with WeBet for the purpose of entertainment. Please check with WeBet to see if you qualify.
4. Without limiting clause (B)(iii) the following shall constitute an abuse of a Webet promotion or promotional product by a customer:
  1. Where the customers total bets on promotional events or markets (either in terms of turnover or number of bets placed) equals or exceeds the customers total bets on non-promotional events or markets. For the purpose of calculating turnover or the number of bets on non-promotional events and markets only bets placed at a dividend of $2.00 or higher will be taken into consideration. (Multi bets will require one leg to be $2.00 or higher to be considered) ; or
  2. hold multiple Betting Accounts; or
  3. place duplicate bets to other Betting Accounts; or
  4. engage in arbitrage using multiple Betting Accounts; or
  5. place bets on multiple outcomes in the one contest; or
  6. are a bookmaker, employee of a bookmaker or otherwise directly associated with a bookmaker; or
  7. are regarded by WeBet as a "professional punter"; or
  8. are otherwise regarded by WeBet as abusing the spirit and intent of the Promotional Offers,
  will not be eligible to participate in any such Promotional Offers.
5. WeBet is entitled to validate a customer"s Betting Account prior to making any Promotional Offer available to that customer. Validation includes but is not limited to the customer providing a valid telephone number and answering validation questions to the satisfaction of WeBet. Promotional Offers will not be available to a customer who has failed to validate their Betting Account.
6. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to participate in a Promotional Offer in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions or any additional or replacement terms and conditions (including eligibility requirements) including, for example, those contained in our marketing or other communications or the WeBet Website for that type of Promotional Offer.
7. You may be eligible to claim a deposit match (Deposit Match), deposit bonus (Deposit Bonus), bet match (Bet Match) or other promotional or proprietary benefit when offered to you as a Promotional Offer from time to time.
8. Subject to clause (B)(vii) and the terms of any Specific Promotional Offers, you are eligible for either one (1) Deposit Match, one (1) Deposit Bonus or one (1) Bet Match or one (1) other Promotional Offer per person, Betting Account, household, residence, address (but not a PO Box or business address), internet connection, computer, mobile device and payment method (for example, a specific credit card or bank account.)
9. A Bonus Bet may be awarded to your Betting Account following the activation of a Deposit Match, Deposit Bonus, Bet Match or other Promotional Offer, including but not limited to a Loyalty Bonus or Deposit Incentive.
10. Any offer for a Deposit Match will be for a voucher that will be linked to your account. This voucher will be for Win Only single bets on racing and maximum bonus will be no more than $200 (unless specifically specified by WEBET) .
11. Unless otherwise specified, all Promotional Offers must be claimed by entering the relevant Promotional Offer code within your Betting Account on the WeBet Website.
12. Subject to the terms of any Specific Promotional Offers, you are eligible to redeem only one (1) Promotional Offer per day. In the event that you have received more than one (1) Promotional Offer, subject to the terms of any Specific Promotional Offers we will (in our absolute discretion) permit you to redeem only one (1) of those.
13. Promotional Offers and dividends of those promotions are not transferable. If you receive a Promotional Offer, you are not permitted to transfer it to anyone else.
14. If there is a discrepancy between the name associated with your Betting Account and the name associated with your deposit method (e.g. credit card holder), you may be ineligible for a Promotional Offer and the Promotional Offer may be withdrawn or invalidated.
15. To be eligible to participate in any Promotional Offer, you must make a minimum cash deposit of the specified amount to your Betting Account (including but not limited to credit card, POLi, electronic funds transfer and bank deposit). Any transfer of funds from one Betting Account to another Betting Account, irrespective of the circumstances of the transfer, will not be considered a deposit by WeBet for the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
16. WeBet reserves the right to cancel wagers placed which contravene the Promotional Terms and Conditions and/or any specific, additional or replacement terms and conditions relating to any Promotional Offer.
17. Subject to the specific terms of any Promotional Offer (including as set out in clause E), if you do not redeem your Promotional Offer within 24 hours after receiving your Promotional Offer, your Promotional Offer will expire, and you will forfeit it without any liability on our part. Promotional Offers which have been activated but not used either in whole or partially, within 7 days from the date of activation will also be forfeited without any liability on our part, unless otherwise provided in respect of any specific Promotional Offer.
INELIGIBILITY AND IRREGULAR BETS
1. If at any time we determine that you are ineligible to participate in any Promotional Offer or have breached, abused or undermined these Promotional Terms and Conditions (including eligibility requirements) or the Terms and Conditions, or the spirit or intent of the Promotional Offer, we reserve the right to refuse your participation in that Promotional Offer, disqualify you from participating in that Promotional Offer, and cancel, void or reverse any relevant bet.
2. Irregular bets and irregular betting patterns include, but are not limited to:
  1. placing bets on all (or multiple) likely outcomes of an event;
  2. equal or zero margin bets;
  3. hedge betting and placing single bets using the entire (or majority) of your Betting Account balance on a single bet, where the majority of your Betting Account balance is derived from Promotional Offers.
3. Without limiting clause (C)(ii), we reserve the right to determine what is or may constitute an irregular bet or irregular betting pattern in our sole discretion.
4. Before any withdrawals are processed from your Betting Account, where you have taken advantage of a Promotional Offer all bets will be reviewed for any irregular bets and irregular betting patterns.
5. We may withhold any withdrawal of winnings where an irregular bet or irregular betting pattern has been identified in respect of the use of any Promotional Offer.
6. We reserve the right to cancel and void any bet, regardless of whether it relates to a Promotional Offer or not and regardless of whether it is pending or resulted, where we determine that the bet is an irregular bet or there is an irregular betting pattern. If you make a withdrawal request from your Betting Account prior to the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bet portions being consumed or resulted, the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bet portions will be cancelled and forfeited.
LIMITS FOR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
1. Unless otherwise specified or agreed with WeBet, the total benefit claimable by any customer under any Promotional Offer, either separately or as a combination of more than one Promotional Offer, is to a maximum of $1,000.
SPECIFIC PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
1. BONUS BET PROMOTION
  1. This promotion is only available to Eligible Customers and excludes residents of SA and WA.
  2. Where a customer agrees and deposits to receive a bonus match, that deposit must be turned over at odd of $2.00 or greater on racing or sport before withdrawals are available. Turnover into money back specials, WeBoost, special markets and multi's where one leg doesn't meet the minimum $2.00 price doesn't count towards turnover..
  3. Each Eligible Customer qualifies for a maximum of one (1) Bonus Bet only.
  4. Bonus Bets cannot be used on Multi bets, Exotic bets or Futures bets.
  5. Bonus bets will only be available on racing markets. WeBet reserves the right to restrict the use of Bonus Bets to racing products only, racing in certain states and specific race meetings.
  6. A Bonus Bet will be credited to your Betting Account within 24 hours.
  7. If any Bonus Bet has not been used within 7 days (unless stated otherwise at the time of the offer)of the Eligible Customer receiving their Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet (if it has not already been used) will be withdrawn from that customer's Betting Account.
  8. A Bonus Bet must be taken as offered and cannot be varied or redeemed for cash. The Bonus Bet value is GST inclusive and is in Australian dollars.
  9. A Bonus Bet cannot be transferred to any third party.
  10. Any Eligible Customer who has received or claimed any other Promotional Offer is NOT eligible to receive this offer, unless WeBet determines otherwise.
  11. Only one Bonus Bet per I.P. (Internet Protocol), registered address, or family member.
  12. Any Eligible Customer with a hidden, unidentified I.P address or deemed to be using a VPN will not be eligible for a Bonus Bet.
  13. If an Eligible Customer makes a withdrawal request of their Bonus Bet (or a part of it) prior to using that Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet will be cancelled and forfeited.
  14. For bonus offers sent via SMS or LiveChat - Bonus bets can only be used for Win Only racing bets at a price of $2 or greater. Anyone who only bets the minimum and then withdraws their funds will be deemed to not be in the spirit of the promotion and WEBET may decide not to offer any more promotions in the future
2. RACING BONUS BACK 2ND OR 3RD (NOMINATED RACES)
  1. This promotion is available to Eligible Customers and excludes residents of SA and WA.
  2. WeBet Bonus Back 2nd or 3rd as a Bonus Bet promotion only applies to selected races.
  3. If an Eligible Customer backs a runner which officially places 2nd or 3rd in one of the nominated thoroughbred races, they will receive a Bonus Bet matching the value of their first wager up to the advertised amount only. ($50 Max)
  4. Applies to first Fixed Win bet on the nominated race. Refund does not apply to Tote Products, Top Fluc or Best of Best Products.
  5. This promotion only applies to fields of eight runners or more.
  6. If field size is 5,6 or 7 runners Bonus Back will be for 2nd only.
  7. If field size is 4 or less, no promotion will apply to that race.
  8. Each-way or Multi bets are not included.
  9. Bonus Money or boosted bets are not eligible to receive this promotion.
  10. Any Eligible Customer who has received or claimed any other Promotional Offer is NOT eligible to receive this offer, unless WeBet determines otherwise.
  11. A Bonus Bet will be credited to your Betting Account within 24 hours.
  12. If any Bonus Bet has not been used within 7 days of the Eligible Customer receiving their Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet (if it has not already been used) will be withdrawn from that customer's Betting Account.

  17. If an Eligible Customer makes a withdrawal request of their Bonus Bet (or a part of it) prior to using that Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet will be cancelled and forfeited.
3. GREYHOUND RACING BONUS BACK 2ND (NOMINATED RACES)
  1. This promotion is available to Eligible Customers and excludes residents of SA and WA.
  2. WeBet Greyhound Run 2nd Bonus Back as a Bonus Bet promotion only applies to selected greyhound races.
  3. If an Eligible Customer backs a runner which officially places second in one of the nominated greyhound races, they will receive a Bonus Bet matching the value of their first wager up to $25 only.
  4. Applies to first Fixed Win bet on the nominated race. Refund does not apply to Tote Products.
  5. this promotion only applies to fields of five runners or more.
  6. Each-way or Multi bets are not included.
  7. Bonus Money or boosted bets are not eligible to receive this promotion.
  8. Any Eligible Customer who has received or claimed any other Promotional Offer is NOT eligible to receive this offer, unless WeBet determines otherwise.
  9. Only bets placed via the Internet, App and the Mobi-Site will be eligible for this promotion.
  10. A Bonus Bet will be credited to your Betting Account within 24 hours.
  11. If any Bonus Bet has not been used within 7 days of the Eligible Customer receiving their Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet (if it has not already been used) will be withdrawn from that customer's Betting Account.
  12. A Bonus Bet must be taken as offered and cannot be varied or redeemed for cash. The Bonus Bet value is GST inclusive and is in Australian dollars.
  13. A Bonus Bet cannot be transferred to any third party.
  14. Only one Bonus Bet is available per I.P. (Internet Protocol), registered address, or family member.
  15. Any Eligible Customer with a hidden, unidentified I.P address or deemed to be using a VPN will not be eligible for a Bonus Bet.
  16. If an Eligible Customer makes a withdrawal request of their Bonus Bet (or a part of it) prior to using that Bonus Bet, the Bonus Bet will be cancelled and forfeited.
4. PROTEST PAYOUT
  1. Protest Payout is available to all Eligible Customers.
  2. Protest Payout applies to every Australian horse race and harness race.
  3. Only the first fixed odds bet on an individual runner is eligible for Protest Payout.
  4. Applies to Win bets and the Win portion of Each Way bets only, does not include Multi bets or exotic bets.
  5. Does not apply to phone bets or promotional type bets such as bonus bets and WeBoost bets.
  6. Does not apply to Special Markets (including, but not limited to Multi bets, exotic bets, Bonus Bets, head to head betting, odds and evens and favourite vs field markets and jockey challenge betting.)
  7. Does not apply to minor protests (eg: 2nd vs 3rd).
  8. In the event a protest is upheld, any Run 2nd promotions for that race will be void and Bonus Bets or other bonuses not paid.
  9. To be eligible, your horse must be first past the post, but then be relegated to another position due to an upheld protest as per official results.
  10. Maximum payout $2,000 per Eligible Customer per race.
  11. The payment of the Protest Payout is at the sole discretion of WeBet and may not apply to all customers. WeBet reserves the right to exclude or limit the eligibility of certain customers from participating in Protest Payout.
  12. Only valid for bets placed on final field markets, pre-post or futures bets are not eligible for Protest Payout.
  13. Protest Payout only applies to official protests and does not include horse disqualification (including but is not limited to incorrect weighing-in).
5. WEBOOST
  1. This promotion applies to Eligible Customers and excludes residents of SA and WA.
  2. WeBoost allows an Eligible Customer to increase the odds of a bet on selected events that WeBoost applies to.
  3. Each Eligible Customer will be allocated a number of WeBoost bets daily. The allocated quota of uses of WeBoost bets will be determined by WeBet in its absolute discretion. Any unused quota for that day will expire and will not roll-over to the next day.
  4. Maximum increase to odds when placing a WeBoost bet will be determined by WeBet in its absolute discretion.
  5. WeBoost is only available for use on all Australian Horse Racing, Greyhound Racing & Harness Racing events.
  6. The maximum eligible bet that can be used with WeBoost is $250.00, unless otherwise offered or agreed to by WeBet.
  7. WeBoost is only available for use with single fixed odds Win bets and Multi bets with 2 or more legs (min value per leg $1.18). Win portion of each-way bets are not eligible for use with WeBoost.
  8. WeBoost is not available for use on Exotic Bets or Future Bets.
  9. Any bets that have been boosted do not qualify for any other promotion, for example, Protest Payout, Bonus Back etc.
  10. Any Eligible Customer who has received or claimed any other Promotional Offer is NOT eligible to receive this offer, unless WeBet determines otherwise.
  11. Dead heat and general racing rules apply.
  12. WeBoost is available per I.P. (Internet Protocol), registered address, or family member.
  13. Any Eligible Customer with a hidden, unidentified I.P address or deemed to be using a VPN will not be eligible for WeBoost.
6. WEREWARDS
  1. The WeBet WeRewards program is a loyalty program in which all WeBet Customers are eligible to participate (except for corporate bookmakers).
  2. WeBet Customers are automatically included in the WeRewards program upon joining and are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions relating to said program. The terms and conditions of the WeRewards program shall be read in conjunction with all other terms, conditions and rules promulgated by WeBet from time to time.
  3. WeBet Customers may terminate their participation in the WeRewards program at any time either by opting out online or by contacting WeBet.
  4. WeBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the WeRewards program at any time without notice and, if they do so, any WeRewards Points accrued by Customers may, at WeBet''s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and/or expunged.
  5. WeBet Customers will accrue WeRewards Points based on the wagers placed in their account. Bets under $1.80 Racing, $1.50 sport and $2.50 multi do not receive points on that particular bet.
  6. Customers can view their WeRewards Points balance in the Benefits tab of the My Account section of the WeBet platform.
  7. A maximum of 500,000 WeRewards Points can be accrued by a WeBet Customer each week. For the purposes of this clause, a week shall be defined as the period running from 12:00am each Sunday to 11:59pm on the following Saturday.
  8. There is a Balance Limit of 2,000,000 WeRewards Points.
  9. Any WeRewards Points accrued in respect of bets or transactions later cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, at the request of a Customer or owing to the abandonment of an event or scratching of a runner), will be automatically deducted from the Customers's WeRewards Points Balance.
  10. WeRewards Points may, at the discretion of WeBet Management, be annulled or expired if a Customer has not registered a wager with WeBet for a continuous period of six (6) months or more.
  11. Customers may redeem WeRewards Points at their discretion via the Benefits tab in the My Account section of the WeBet platform.
  12. Customers can also set-up facility whereby they can automatically redeem WeRewards Points once their Loyalty Rewards Points balance exceeds the specified automatic redemption figure. The Customer will be automatically credited with a Bonus Bet within thirty (30) minutes of their WeRewards Points Balance exceeding the automatic redemption figure.
  13. WeBet reserves the right to, at any time, exclude any from the WeBet WeRewards program if WeBet Management determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that the Customer is abusing or has abused the promotion. Without limitation, the following shall constitute abuse of the promotion by a Customer:
    1. Allowing a third party direct or indirect access to the Customer's WeBet betting account;
    2. Continually depositing and withdrawing from their account to maximise the accrual of WeRewards Points;
    3. Depositing a figure far in excess of what is, in the opinion of WeBet Management, reasonably required for the Customer's betting needs with the intent to generate additional WeRewards Points. This is confirmed when funds are withdrawn shortly after the satisfaction of the turnover requirements the accrual of deposit-based WeRewards Points.
    4. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent either the weekly WeRewards Points accrual limit or the WeRewards Points Balance Limit.
  14. In the event that a Customer is excluded from the WeBet WeRewards program pursuant to this Fair Use Policy, WeBet Management reserves the right to expunge all WeRewards Points from that Customer's account and expire any Bonus Bets earlier redeemed by the Customer using WeRewards Points.
  15. The rules regarding WeRewards Bonus Bets are in addition to, and shall not adversely affect, WeBet's other rules regarding Bonus Bets and other promotions.
  16. WeRewards Bonus Bets may be placed on any product except for racing exotics and multi-leg bets.
  17. Bets placed using WeRewards Bonus Bets will not accrue any WeRewards Points.
  18. Where a wager placed using a WeRewards Bonus Bet is successful, only the winnings portion from that wager will be credited to the Customer's cash balance. The initial stake (which consisted only of a WeRewards Bonus Bet) will not be returned to the Customer. To clarify by example, if a Customer places a $50 WeRewards Bonus Bet on a runner at $5 and that runner were to win, the total returns for that wager would ordinarily be $250.00 comprising the initial stake of $50.00 and winnings of $200.00, however, only the winnings of $200.00 will be credited to the Customer's cash balance.
  19. In the event that a dead-heat occasions the returns of a wager placed using a WeRewards Bonus Bet to be less than the initial stake, then no funds will be credited to the Customer's cash balance. To clarify by example, if a Customer places a $50 WeRewards Bonus Bet on a runner at $1.90 and that runner is involved in a 2-way dead-heat, the total returns for that wager will be $47.50 and therefore no funds will be credited to the Customer's cash balance.
  20. WeRewards Bonus Bets will expire if they are not used within thirty (30) days of redemption by the Customer.

Racing (Thoroughbreds / Harness / Greyhounds)

Racing Wagering Products

WeBet may offer the following Wagering Products on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing:

Best Tote Plus SP The Customer will receive the greater of:
The highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB; and
The 'Official Starting Price'.
For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best Tote + SP' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Best of 3 Totes The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.

For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 3 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Best of 2 Totes The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB and the New South Wales TAB.

For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 2 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Win & Place Tote +5% The Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB plus an additional 5% of the amount profit generated by the wager.
Middle Tote The Customer will receive the median dividend declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.
Fixed Odds The Customer will receive the dividend available and taken at the time of bet placement. 'Fixed Odds (Win)' and 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends are not subject to fluctuation after acceptance of the wager.

Fixed Win & Place odds are available on the WeBet website and once confirmed are not subject to fluctuation.

For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Fixed Odds' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Top Fluctuation The Customer will receive the highest dividend forming part of the Official Price fluctuations as posted by the racing authority of the State in which the race is being run.
Multi-Leg Bets A 'Multi-Leg Bet' (or accumulator) is the combination of two or more bets into a single wager. The dividend of a 'Multi-Leg Bet' is derived by multiplying the dividends of each of the individual bets comprising the 'Multi-Leg Bet'.

'Multi-Leg Bets' may not contain any interdependent legs.
WeBet accepts 'Multi-Leg Bets' of up to ten (10) legs, with a maximum dividend of $1,001.00.
The maximum payout on any 'Multi-Leg Bet' at WeBet is $20,000.00.
Exotics WeBet may offer the following Racing exotic bet types:
Quinella
Exacta
Trifecta
First Four; and
Quadrella.
For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.
Quinella A Quinella is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second, irrespective of the specific order in which those runners finished.
Exacta An exacta is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second in the correct order.
Trifecta A Trifecta is when the Customer has predicted the three runners that placed first, second and third in the correct order.
First Four A First Four is when the Customer has predicted the four runners that placed first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.
Quadrella A Quadrella (or 'Quaddie') is when the Customer has predicted the winners of the four races designated by the Victorian TAB as forming part of the Quadrella.

Abandonments & Relocations
1. If a race meeting is abandoned or postponed for any reason whatsoever, WeBet may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without regard to the actions or announcements of any TAB, racing authority or other wagering operator, void any standing single and exotic wagers on the abandoned or postponed meeting and refund the amount of those wagers to the Customer.
2. Where WeBet has elected to void single and exotic wagers pursuant to these Wagering Rules, the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated excluding any voided leg or legs.
3. If a race meeting is merely transferred from one location to another, the original wagering rules and limits will apply to that meeting as if it were never transferred.
Scratchings & Final Acceptances
1. If a runner is scratched following final acceptances and/or the declaration of the final field:
  1. All wagers that were placed on that runner after the declaration of the final field will be refunded to the Customer;
  2. All 'Fixed Odds' wagers placed on any runners remaining in the field will be subject to a Deduction calculated in accordance with the WeBet Schedule of Deductions (see Section 5J).
'Dead Heat' Rule
1. In the event of a 'Dead Heat' (i.e. where two or more runners in an event are declared to have finished tied), unless a 'Dead Heat' was an available betting option:
  1. Any 'Fixed Odds' wagers on the tied runners will be paid out at face value divided by the number of runners involved in the Dead Heat; and
  2. Any 'Tote-Based' payouts will be paid out in accordance with the dividends declared by the TABs (which will have been adjusted to account for the Dead Heat).
2. For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of the 'Dead Heat Rule':
  1. 'Top Fluctuation' and the 'Official Starting Price' are deemed to be 'Fixed Odds' wagers; and
  2. Any 'Fixed Odds' component of a 'Tote-Derivative' Wagering Product such as, for example, the Official Starting Price component of a 'Best Tote + SP' wager, shall be calculated as if it were a 'Fixed Odds' wager.

Best Tote Plus SP	The Customer will receive the greater of: The highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB; and The 'Official Starting Price'. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best Tote + SP' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Best of 3 Totes	The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 3 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Best of 2 Totes	The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB and the New South Wales TAB. For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 2 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
Win & Place Tote +5%	The Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB plus an additional 5% of the amount profit generated by the wager.

'Minimum Bet Limits'

The maximum amount that a Customer can stake on any wager is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the event on which the wager is placed and the prevailing market conditions, as well as being subject to any Minimum Bet Limits applied by any wagering control authority in the relevant jurisdiction. WeBet will attempt to satisfy all bet requests but may, at its discretion, reject or partially accept certain bet requests.

A number of Australian wagering control bodies prescribe Minimum Bet Limits for the benefit of punters. For events in which a Minimum Bet Limit is in place, we must accept wagers in which the punter's potential profit is below the specified threshold. 'Fixed Odds (Place) ' Betting
1. Where there are eight (8) or more runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends shall be paid in respect of the runners that ran first, second and third.
2. Where there are seven (7), six (6) or five (5) runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends shall be paid only in respect of the runners than ran first and second.
3. Where there are less than five (5) runners in a given race (including where the field is reduced as a result of late scratchings), all 'Fixed Odds (Place)' wagers (including the 'Place' portion of any Each-Way wagers) will be voided and the amount of the wager will be refunded to the Customer.
'Tote' & 'Tote-Derivative' Betting
1. In the event that trading in one or more of the totalisator pools is suspended or interrupted, then WeBet reserves the right to postpone the resulting of any wager contingent on any of said totalisator pools until such time as the suspension or interruption is resolved by the relevant totalisator pool.
2. In the event that one of the Australian TAB's returns an elevated dividend owing to their foregoing of their normal take out (whether for promotional reasons or otherwise), WeBet reserves the right to exclude or ignore that elevated dividend for the purposes of calculating the payout of any contingent or affected wager.
3. If the total amount of any totalisator pool for any product is less than five hundred dollars ($500.00), WeBet may, at it sole and absolute discretion, disregard such totalisator pool in the calculation of any tote-derived dividend.
4. We may place a limit on the payout in respect of any 'Tote' or 'Tote-Derivative' wager such that the dividend at which a Customer's wager is paid will not be more than double the amount of the second-highest dividend declared by the three Australian TABs.
'Tote-Derivative (Place) ' Betting
1. 'Tote-Derived (Place)' dividends shall be paid in respect of any runner for which the Victorian TAB declares a place dividend.
2. Notwithstanding the dividends declared by any TAB, WeBet reserves the right to apply a cap on, and downwardly adjust, any 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend such that the 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend of a runner does not exceed the 'Tote-Based (Win)' dividend of said runner (as declared by any of the three TABs).

Racing Exotics
1. For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.
2. In the event of a 'jackpot':
  1. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of greater than 1, the Customer will receive the dividend derived by dividing the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake; or
  2. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of less than 1, the Customer will receive the dividend derived by multiplying the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake.
3. In the unlikely event that the Victorian TAB is not offering racing exotics in the location in which the Customer's exotic wager is struck, the Customer will receive the lowest of the dividends declared by the New South Wales TAB and Queensland TAB.
4. In addition to the maximum payouts detailed in Section 5E, WeBet reserves the right to further limit the total payout to a Customer in respect of a successful racing exotics wager if the total amount to be paid out to a Customer would exceed the total amount held in the relevant Victorian TAB pool. In such an event, WeBet may, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, limit the total payout to Customers to the total amount held in said Victorian TAB pool.
5. If a runner forming part of a Customer's exotics selections is either scratched or declared a 'non-runner' after the wager is confirmed:
  1. The Customer will receive a refund in respect of every combination that includes the scratched runner; and
  2. The Customer's Unit Stake will be recalculated in light of the removal of the runner and the consequent reduction in exotics combinations comprising the Customer's wager.
Jockey Challenges
1. Jockey Challenge wagers will be available only on selected meetings and on a 'Win Only' basis.
2. Jockeys accrue points in the 'Jockey Challenge' on the basis of three points for a winning ride, two points for finishing second, and one point for finishing third. The jockey that accrues the most points will be declared the winner.
3. In the event that two or more jockeys tie for victory in the Jockey Challenge, the Dead Heat Rule will apply.
4. Wagers placed on a jockey that does not take part in at least one (1) race in the relevant meeting will be voided and the monies refunded.
5. In the event that a race meeting, or any race comprising that meeting, is postponed, abandoned or declared a 'no-race' by stewards, all wagers in the Jockey Challenge market will be voided and monies refunded unless at the time of the postponement, abandonment or the first declaration of a 'no-race' a jockey has a wholly unassailable lead in the Jockey Challenge in which event all wagers (both successful and unsuccessful) will be settled as if the meeting had proceeded to completion.

1. Maximum Stake on BoB is $250.

Payout Limits
1. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Wagering Rules or the WeBet General Terms & Conditions, the maximum amount that WeBet will be obliged to payout to a Customer in respect of wagers on any single sporting event shall not exceed $10,000.00 regardless of the sport or the Customer's stake.
2. If the result of a betting event is declared with joint winners or placegetters and a tie, and if a draw or dead heat is not a form of betting offered by WeBet on that event, and if not specified in an sport specific rule below, the revised payout shall be calculated by dividing the face value of the declared events betting ticket (the original payout) by the number of competitors involved in the tie, draw or dead heat.

Athletics

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, both competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand. If either of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fail to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be declared 'no-bets' and the amount of the stake will be refunded.
Any competitor that is disqualified from an event due to an infringement such as, for example, a false start or doping violation, will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an Athletics event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.

Australian Rules Football (AFL)

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time'.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is not played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time and such a tie occurs:
1. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all Customer bets will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
2. In the case of 'Margin' betting markets, a 'draw' is always deemed to form part of such markets and accordingly, any Customer bets placed on either team to win by any margin will be deemed losing bets.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. THE PAYOUT IN RESPECT OF ANY AFFECTED MULTI-LEG BETS WILL BE RECALCULATED TO TAKE ACCOUNT OF ANY VOIDED LEG OR LEGS OF THAT MULTI-LEG BET. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of match betting on a Grand Final that ends in a draw, all Customer bets will be settled at the conclusion of that match and will not be carried over to any subsequent Grand Final replay.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For & Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
In the case of 'Top Victorian Team', 'Top Non-Victorian Team', or other similar markets:
1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season (i.e. the finals series / playoffs are not taken into account).
2. If two (2) or more teams finish the home-and-away season with the same number of competition points, the the team with the superior For & Against Percentage (as declared by sports controlling body) will be declared the winner.

Baseball

A baseball match shall be considered an 'official match' if:
1. Five (5) innings of play have been completed; or
2. The home team is leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 5th inning.
In the case of 'Money Line' betting, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant sports controlling body.
In the case of 'Run Line' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
1. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
2. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 9th inning.
In the case of 'Run Totals' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
1. The Runs Totals threshold must have been exceeded; or
2. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
3. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the 9th inning.
Except where a Customer''s bet is on a 'Run Totals' market, if either of the nominated starting pitchers withdraw from the matching before throwing a pitch:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'First Half' markets:
1. The winner will be the team that is leading after the completion of five (5) innings of play;
2. Five (5) innings must be played to completion in order for Customer bets to stand; and
3. If the scores are level after the completion of five (5) innings of play, the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.
In the case of 'First Innings' markets, both teams must complete their respective first innings 'at-bats' in order for Customer bets to stand.
In the case of 'Home vs Away' markets for a given day''s play including, for example, 'Home vs Away - Winning Side' or 'Home vs Away - Total Runs' markets, all Customer bets shall be voided - regardless of whether the Total Runs threshold has been exceeded - if any match on that day is cancelled, postponed or does not otherwise reach its natural conclusion (after at least eight (8) and a half innings of play have been completed.
In the case of pre season matches no nominated pitcher and dead heat rules apply.
In the case of matches that are scheduled for seven (7) innings (or any other period less than nine (9) innings) such as, for example, the first match in a double-header of the Australian Baseball League, all innings must be completed in order for bets to stand.

Basketball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant sports controlling body, which result will include any overtime played unless otherwise expressly stated.
In order for Customer bets to stand, a match must run to the completion of 'normal' time except where overtime is required to be played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, in which event the match must run until the completion of overtime.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Boxing

If a bout is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that bout shall stand.
If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time, the bout will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision of the officially designated judges for the bout.
In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'draw', all Customer bets on either boxer to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (such as, for example, where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a'no-contest' and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a boxed fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
In the case of a 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' markets:
1. The 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure (eg. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
  - The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
  - The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.

Cricket

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the cricket board responsible for the administering / hosting the event or, if the event is privately run, the organisation responsible for administering / hosting the event.
In the case of 'Test Match' cricket:
1. If the match finishes in a Tie (as opposed to a Draw):
  - All Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
  - All Customer bets on the Draw will be losing bets.
2. If a match is officially abandoned owing to dangerous pitch conditions, then all undecided Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket of any kind:
1. If the match finishes in a Tie, all Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead-Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket except where there exists an applicable tie-breaker method (for example, 'Most Boundaries' or a 'Super-Over', 'Bowl-Off' or other similar method), in which event all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the outcome of the tie-breaker. For the avoidance of doubt, all cricket exotics markets will be resulted prior to the conduct of any tie-breaker.
2. If the match is declared a 'No-Result', all Customer bets on the event shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
3. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and no play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that the match is commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time.
4. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and some play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that:
  - The match is re-commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time; and
  - The match re-commences at the exact point at which it was suspended and is played under the same conditions with respect to number of overs to be bowled.
  If the above conditions are not met (including if the match is wholly restarted on a new day or if the match is shortened when it recommences on the 'reserve day'), all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'In-Play' bets placed on an 'Innings Total Runs' market, if the innings does not last for at least the length specified in the Event Betting Rule attached to the market, then all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer except where the Totals threshold has already been exceeded, in which event Customer bets will have already been resulted. For the avoidance of doubt, this rule supersedes any other condition set out in these Wagering Rules regarding pre-match wagers.
Bets on Domestic First Class matches (4 or 5 day matches) will be paid on most points by team.
Shortened Matches
1. In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket, if a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) if:
  - The innings is shortened by one (1) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for twenty (20) overs or less; or
  - The innings is shortened by two (2) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for more than twenty (20) overs.
2. In the case of 'Test Match' cricket, if a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) unless a ball has been bowled in the third innings of the match in which event the all affected Customer bets shall stand.
3. For the avoidance of doubt:
  - If the innings is shortened by less than the above periods then all affected Customer bets shall stand.
  - If the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the interruption of play / shortening of the match, and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then those Customer bets will be resulted accordingly.

Cycling

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.
Any rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Team Matchup' markets, all nominated riders of each team must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
Any competitor that is disqualified from an event after the commencement of that event due to an infringement such as, for example, a false start or doping violation, will be deemed to have taken part in the event.

Darts

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the by the tournament organiser.
If less than three (3) legs of a match are completed:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In matches with an even total of scheduled legs, and if a draw bet is not offered, bets will be a push if total legs won are equal.

ESports

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the broadcaster, event organizer or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
If a match is postponed to a date which is within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than forty-eight (48) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
A match is deemed to have started upon the earlier of:
1. The starting of the 'in-game clock'; and
2. The occurrence of any action that influences gameplay such as, for example, picks, bans, weapon purchases and other similar actions.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time that Customer bets are settled is the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is overturned or amended by the changed by the broadcaster, event organizer or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
In the case of 'Series' betting such as 'Best of 3' or 'Best of 5' markets, if one or more of the matches / maps are not played due to an unconditional outcome then all Customer bets in respect of the specific match / map that is not played shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Best of 1' markets, if the match finishes in a draw:
1. The 'Dead-Heat' Rule will apply in respect of all Customer bets on 'Head-to-Head' markets; and
2. All other markets will be paid according to the standard rules.
If a team's roster is changed prior to the start of an event, all Customer bets on that team will stand provided that the team retains the full compliment of players.
If a player withdraws prior to the start of a match:
1. All single Customer bets on the relevant player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Golf

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the tournament organiser.
If a player does not tee-off in a given tournament:
1. All single Customer bets on that player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a player is not officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have not completed that round.
If a player is officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have completed the round regardless of whether they have subsequently been disqualified by the tournament organiser or have otherwise retired or withdrawn.
In the case of 'Each-Way' and other 'non-Winner' markets (eg. 'Top 5' or 'Top 10' markets):
1. Customer bets will not be resulted until after the officially designated number of regulation holes have been completed by all players (except for those players that have retired or otherwise been officially withdrawn or disqualified).
2. The 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply for players that are tied for the bottom position. For instance, if 6 players are tied for the lead after the completion of all regulation holes, Customers who have had a bet in a Top 5 market will be paid 5/6ths of the face-value of their ticket.
In the event that a tournament is shortened for any reason whatsoever, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the standard rule regardless of the number of rounds ultimately played, except for any Customer bets after the placement of which there is no further play. Any such bets will:
1. Be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned but nevertheless completed by, a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), all Customer bets on that tournament shall stand.
If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned and not completed by, a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), the tournament will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the tournament shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Tournament-based Head-to-Head' or 'Group' markets:
1. If any of the players within the match-up or group fail to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. Play-off holes / rounds are not taken into account when resulting the event.
In the case of 'Round-based Match-Up / Head-to-Head' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of 'Round-based Group' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes:
1. The winner will be the player within the given market that completes the most holes; or
2. If all players within the given market have completed the same number of holes, the winner will be the player (among those that have completed the greatest number of holes) that has the lowest score.
In the case of 'Round Leader' markets (i.e. betting on a certain player to lead at the end of a Round), the Round must be wholly completed in order for Customer bets to stand. For clarity, a Round is wholly completed when all players who started the Round have completed eighteen (18) holes or have been officially withdrawn or disqualified from tournament.
In the case of 'Make / Miss the Cut' markets:
1. If a player fails to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on that player will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
2. A player is deemed to have made the 'Cut' if the player is eligible to play in the round after the 'Cut' is made even if that player chooses not to continue playing for whatever reason.

Gridiron

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (including any overtime periods).
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Handball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (excluding any overtime periods).
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Ice Hockey

In the case of matches in the American National Hockey League:
1. All Customer bets will, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Wagering Rules or in the event betting rules) be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the NHL after the conclusion of the match including any overtime periods and/or penalty shootouts; and
2. In the event that a penalty shootout takes place, only one (1) goal will be awarded to the team that wins the shootout regardless of the number of penalties actually converted by either team.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Ice Hockey Wagering Rules, all Customer bets placed in a 'Regulation Winner' or '3rd Period' market will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Mixed Martial Arts

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision handed down by the officially designated judges for the relevant bout.
If a bout is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that bout shall stand.
If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time, the bout will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'Draw', all Customer bets on either fighter to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw, except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (such as, for example, where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a'no-contest' and:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a fighter fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
In the case of a 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' markets:
1. The 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals (i.e. Over/Under)' threshold figure (eg. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
  - The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
  - The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.
In the case of 'Decision (No-Bets)' markets, if the fight does not go the full distance or is decided by any means other than 'knock-out', 'technical knock-out', 'disqualification', or 'submission' then:
1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Motor Racing

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport's controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests and/or technical violations.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection is a non-starter or otherwise retires, withdraws, or is disqualified prior to or during the course of a race weekend.
Any driver / rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
In the case of betting on 'Pole Position' markets:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of:
  - The finishing order in the third qualifying session (i.e. 'Q3'); or
  - If 'Q3' is not completed, then the finishing order of the second qualifying session (i.e. 'Q2'); or
  - If 'Q2' and 'Q3' are not completed, then the finishing order of the first qualifying session (i.e. 'Q1').
2. In the event that no qualifying sessions are completed:
  - All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Driver / Rider Retirement' markets:
1. In order for a driver / rider to be deemed to have 'retired' from a race, they must have crossed the start-finish line on the first lap of the race; and
2. In the event that multiple drivers / riders retire on the same lap of a race, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply.
'Virtual Safety Cars' are not considered safety cars for the purposes of betting on 'Safety Car' markets.

Netball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match, which shall include any overtime periods unless otherwise expressly stated in these Netball Wagering Rules.
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
All 'Margin' and 'Half-Time / Full-Time Doubles' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any overtime periods will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' will apply if the match finishes in a 'Draw'.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Rugby League

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the sports controlling body on their website.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rugby League Wagering Rules.
In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply in the event of a draw.
All 'Margin', 'Half-Time / Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
2. In the event that a 'penalty-try' is awarded:
  - If no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Player Tryscorer bets.
  - If the first try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try' and no player is credited with said 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second try of the match will be deemed the first tryscorer for the purposes of a 'First Tryscorer' market.
  - If the last try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try' and no player is credited with said 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second to last try of the match will be deemed the last tryscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Tryscorer' market.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For & Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
In the case of a 'Halfway Leader' market:
1. The winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the first round after the halfway point of the season unless a specific round is nominated as being the half-way point of the season, in which event the winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the specifed round.
2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the Total Points For & Against as declared by sports controlling body, and the team with the highest differential will be deemed the winner.
In the case of 'Top NSW Team', 'Top Non-NSW Team', or other similar markets:
1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season unless one or more of the teams in the relevant market qualify for the finals series or playoffs, in which event the winner shall be the team that progresses furthest in said finals series or playoffs or wins the Grand Final.
2. In the event that multiple teams are eliminated at the same stage of the finals series or playoffs, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. THE PAYOUT IN RESPECT OF ANY AFFECTED MULTI-LEG BETS WILL BE RECALCULATED TO TAKE ACCOUNT OF ANY VOIDED LEG OR LEGS OF THAT MULTI-LEG BET. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Rugby Union

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final results officially declared on the official website of the relevant sports controlling body.
In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rugby League Wagering Rules.
In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply in the event of a draw.
All 'Margin', 'Half-Time / Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:

  - If no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Player Tryscorer bets.
  - If the first try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second try of the match will be deemed the first tryscorer for the purposes of a 'First Tryscorer' market.
  - If the last try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second to last try of the match will be deemed the last tryscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Tryscorer' market.
  - If seven (7) points are awarded to the team that scored the 'penalty-try' (without their being required to make their conversion attempt), then the relevant 'penalty-try' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any 'Try Conversion' market. In such a scenario, the outcome of any 'Try Conversion' market will be determined on the basis of the outcome of the next 5-point try in the match where a conversion is attempted.
In the case of Premiership and related markets:
1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
In the case of betting on the 'Six Nations' tournament:
1. The 'Grand Slam' refers to one team defeating all other teams in the competition.
2. The 'Triple Crown' refers to one of England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales defeating all three other teams in the competition.
3. For the purposes of betting on either the 'Grand Slam' or the 'Triple Crown', draws are not considered victories.
In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.

2. In the event that multiple teams are eliminated at the same stage of the finals series or playoffs, the 'Dead-Heat Rule' shall apply.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, or a match is commenced within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time but is permanently suspended prior to the end of the First Half, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Snooker

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the sports controlling body or tournament organiser officiating the match.
In order for Customer bets to stand, both players must start the match on which a given bet was placed and the match must run to completion.
In matches with an even total of scheduled frames, and if a draw bet is not offered, bets will be a push if total frames won are equal.

Soccer

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of 'normal time', which shall include any injury / stoppage time added by the referee but expressly excludes any overtime periods or penalty shootout unless otherwise stated in these Soccer Wagering Rules.
If a match does not run for two halves of forty-five (45) minutes (plus any incidental injury / stoppage time added by the referee) and there is no express reference to an alternative playing time in the event betting rule:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than forty-eight (48) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.
In the case of 'Tournament Winner', 'To Progress to Next Round', and other similar markets, the winner will be determined based on the result at the conclusion of a match or series or matches including any overtime periods or penalty shootouts.
In the case of 'Goalscorer' markets (including, without limitation, 'First Goalscorer', 'Last Goalscorer', 'Anytime Goalscorer'):
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
2. If a given match finishes scoreless, all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
3. In the event that an 'own-goal' is scored:
  - The 'own-goal' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Goalscorer bets.
  - If the first goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second goal of the match will be deemed the first goalscorer for the purposes of a 'First Goalscorer' market.
  - If the last goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second to last goal of the match will be deemed the last goalscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Goalscorer' market.
  - If the only goal or goals scored in a match are 'own-goals', then all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sports controlling body.
2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that does not take the field in the relevant match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.

Surfing

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Each-Way' bets into 'outright winner' markets, all Customer bets on a surfer that is eliminated at the semi-final stage of an event shall be resulted in accordance with the ''Dead-Heat'' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, if any surfer listed in the market fails to enter the water during the relevant heat then:
- All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
- The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.

Swimming

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or swim meet, or is otherwise a non-starter. For the avoidance of doubt, any swimmer that is disqualified owing to a sporting infringement - such as, for example, a false start - shall be deemed to have taken part in the event from which they were disqualified.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of a Swimming event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the relevant sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.

Table Tennis

In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. If the first set of a given match is completed then all Customer bets shall stand and the player that progresses to the next round (or is awarded the match by the umpore) shall be deemed the winner for the purposes of resulting Customer bets; and
2. If the first set of a given match is not completed owing to (without limitation) the disqualification or withdrawal of one of the players, then:
  - All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the case of 'Handicap', 'Line', 'Totals' or any additional markets:
1. If the match does not run to its complete conclusion, including owing to the disqualification, retirement or withdrawal of one of the players, then:
  - All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.

Tennis

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the sports controlling body or tournament organiser officiating the match.
A Tennis match is deemed to have started with the first serve of the match.
In the event of a 'walk-over' (i.e. the withdrawal or disqualification of, or other forfeiture by, a player prior to the commencement of a match), all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the event that there is a change in the number of sets scheduled to be played in a given match:
1. All 'Head-to-Head' match bets and bets related exclusively to the outcome of the 1st Set shall stand; and
2. All other Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such outright markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
1. If the first set of a given match is completed then all Customer bets shall stand and the player that progresses to the next round (or is awarded the match by the umpore) shall be deemed the winner for the purposes of resulting Customer bets; and
2. If the first set of a given match is not completed owing to (without limitation) the disqualification or withdrawal of one of the players, then:
  - All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the case of 'Handicap', 'Line', 'Totals', 'Set Betting' or any additional markets not specifically referenced in these Tennis Wagering Rules:
1. If the match does not run to its complete conclusion (including owing to the disqualification, retirement or withdrawal of one of the players) then, unless the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the cessation / interruption of play and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then:
  - All Customer bets on said markets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
In the case of '1st Set Score' or '1st Set Winner' markets, all Customer bets will be finalised upon the completion of the 1st Set regardless of whether the remainder of the match is completed.
In the case of 'Number of Sets' markets:
1. In a '3-Set match', if a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned:
  - Before the completion of the 2nd Set, then all Customer bets on the market shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs;
  - After the completion of the 2nd Set (with the match having entered or about to enter a 3rd Set), then for the purposes of resulting Customer bets on the market it will be deemed that there were three (3) sets played.
2. In a '5-Set match', if a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned:
  - Before the completion of the 4th Set, then all Customer bets on the market shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs;
  - After the completion of the 4th Set (with the match having entered or about to enter a 5th Set), then for the purposes of resulting Customer bets on the market it will be deemed that there were five (5) sets played.
In the case of 'Will There Be A Tie Breaker' markets:
1. If a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned, prior to the commencement of a 'tie breaker', then:
  - All Customer bets on said markets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
2. If a player is disqualified, retires or withdraws, or a match is otherwise abandoned, after the commencement of a 'tie breaker', then all Customer bets on said markets will be paid out on the basis that a tie breaker was played.
In the case of 'Exhibition' or 'Non-Tournament' matches only:
1. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
2. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
  - All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
  - The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Volleyball

All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sports controlling body at the conclusion of the match (excluding any overtime periods). For the avoidance of doubt, the outcome of any 'Golden Set' or other tie breaker (including any points accrued therein) will not be taken into account when resulting any volleyball match markets.
In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
2. The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that Multi-Leg Bet.

Yacht Racing / Sailing

Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or race, or is otherwise a non-starter.
In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, if any vessel listed in the market fails to start the relevant event / heat then:
- All Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
- The payout in respect of any affected Multi-Leg Bets will be recalculated to take account of the voided leg or legs.
All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of a Sailing / Yacht Racing event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the relevant sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or technical violations.
